Kolkata Knight Riders set a target of 162 for Deccan Chargers to win in the first T20 IPL match.
The third season of Indian Premiere League (IPL) has kicked off amidst much excitement. The first game is being played between Shah Rukh Khan’sKolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Deccan Chargers.
King Khan’s team was put in to bat first and had a poor start with almost four wickets down for a mere 31 runs.
But, Owais Shah and Angelo Matthews helped KKR to reach a decent score of 161 runs. Now, second innings will commence shortly and let’s see how skipper Adam Gilchrist chases the target of 162.
