Prabhu Deva’s affair with Nayanathara, divorce with wife.
Prabhu Deva and his wife Ramlath alias Latha have filed a petition seeking mutual divorce. Today they filed the petition seeking to dissolve the marriage solemnized as per Hindu rites and customs in September 1995. Latha is an ex actress. The duo have three children. They have lived separately for more than two years.
There have been reports that Prabhu Deva was having an affair with actress Nayanathara. In September this year, Prabhu Deva announced his wedding plans with Nayanthara.
In October, Prabhu Deva wife filed a petition seeking to direct Prabhu Deva to live with her. She also said in her plea that Prabhu Deva has not been taking care of her and her family after he allegedly fell in love with Nayantara.
Latha had alleged that Nayanatara was spreading rumours that she had offered her Latha Rs 3.85 crore and jewels to divorce Prabhu Deva and agree for their marriage.
Latha has withdrawn all her previous petitions.
