Golden Globes 2010 Winners - The Complete List.
January 17 2010 : It’s January 17, 2010 and the 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards are finally here. Tonight we’ll see what many consider the precursor to next month’s Oscars with the winners of some of the night’s top awards.
Tonight was the official kickoff of awards season, the Golden Globes 2010 aired tonight on NBC bringing the stars out in their best-dressed attire. Martin Scorsese was honored with the Cecil B. DeMille Award for lifetime achievement in motion pictures, presented to him by Robert DeNiro and Leonardo DiCaprio.
The Golden Globes are a night where all forms of video entertainment are honored. Television shows, mini-series, motion pictures, comedy, drama, musical, the Golden Globes have it all. Actors, actresses, directors, writers, producers step foot on the red carpet for the first time of the year, the Golden Globes make a statement and set the bar for the tone of the award shows that follow.
These awards are also a good indication of which stars and films with win an Oscar. If you could not stay up late enough (I know you're checking from your desk Monday morning) and want to know who won best actress, best actor, best television series, best film, best director, etc. here is your complete list of the winners of Golden Globes 2010.
Are you satisfied, or do you think there are some deserving people/films that were overlooked? The biggest shock of the night, for me, was The Hangover winning Best Motion Picture, Comedy or Musical...but in a good way. Robert Downey Jr.'s acceptance speech re-energized me for the final stretch to hear the last announcements of the Golden Globe winners.
