FiFa World Cup Opening Ceremony 2010 Live Stream and Schedule.
Today is officially the start of the FIFA World Cup 2010 in South Africa. Yesterday we witness the pre-kick off Concert held in Johannesburg. Popular artists Alicia Keys, the Black Eyed Peas, John Legend and Shakira graced the event and it was such a huge success!!
Now, we move on to the activities today on the opening day. Nelson Mandela will be personally opening the event today so that’s a must watch. Aside from that organizers in South Africa promised everyone that there will be a surprise for all the football followers in the world who’ll be watching. We don’t know what that is yet but maybe later, some leaks will come out. We’ll surely have it for everyone.
More than 1,500 performers will be present for the opening ceremony today. We don’t know what they will be doing so lets just watch out.
Organizers also said that they are bringing out the best of what South Africa can offer and also the whole African continent. This will be one of the first major sporting events in recent history hosted by an African nation so we still don’t know what to expect.
